More than 485 million units were manufactured in the period, according to Anfavea
The advances of the automobile industry follow the road of resumption of economic growth in the country. Data from the latest survey of the National Association of Automobile Manufacturers (Anfavea) prove this. In the accumulated of the last 11 months, the productivity of the sector advanced 27.1% compared to the same period of 2016. In all, 485 million were manufactured.
The positive performance was also verified in the monthly comparison: last month, production reached 249,089 thousand vehicles, 15.2% more than in November 2016. Sales also followed this pace of growth, and rose by 0.7% in November, compared to October.
Another positive indicator was the number of licenses, which exceeded 10,000 in a single day for the first time in the year. Regarding licensed cars, there were more than 2 million in 2017, a 9.8% increase.
In the foreign market, there were also increases. Last month, 73 thousand vehicles were destined for export, 18.7% more than in October. Compared to November last year, the index is even better: 28.8%.
