Home

Caixa will normalize program hiring rhythm and maintain funding with quota of 80%

The reinforcement of R $ 8.7 billion from the FGTS will enable Caixa Econômica Federal (CEF) to normalize the rate of hiring of Minha Casa  Minha Vida, which will benefit families whose gross income is of R $ 4 thousand per month.

The funds for the real estate loan will also ensure the maintenance of financing agreements whose quota was up to 80% the value of the property until December.

The goal is to meet the available budget through the monthly execution of resources across all credit lines. Thus, with better conditions, real estate and construction markets may continue to be heated.

According to the Caixa, the hirings of this year already exceed in 20% those registered last year. In all, R $ 72.4 billion was borrowed by the bank.
