Government opens deadline for servers of the former territory of Rondônia to migrate to the federal framework

Transposition

As of today, retirees, reserve military, pensioners and public employees may request inclusion

The federal government has set a deadline for former employees of the former territory of Rondônia to opt for transposition into the Union's cadres. The measure is valid for retirees, reserve military, pensioners (civilian and military) and public employees. The right of option is provided for in Decree No. 9.823 , published in the Official Gazette (DOU) of this Wednesday (5/6), regulating Law No. 13,681, of June 18, 2018.

As of today, those interested in migrating have 30 days to forward their applications. The requests must be registered, within the hours of public service, in the Personnel Division of the former territory, part of the structure of the Department of Centralization of Services of Inactive and Pensioners (Decip) of the Secretariat of Management and Performance of Personnel of the Ministry of Economy (SGP / ME).

The requests will be analyzed by the Special Commission of the former Federal Territories of Rondônia, Amapá and Roraima (Ceext), established in 2014. The commission examines only the regularity of inclusion of the opting agent within the framework of the Union.

Last year, it had already been opened by the federal government deadline for those interested in the former territories of Amapá and Roraima to make the choice. In the case of Rondônia, however, this was not possible due to the electoral period.

In total, the commission received, since 2015, some 72,000 transposition processes, all of which refer to Constitutional Amendments 60/09, 79/14 and 98/17. So far, Ceext has judged 28,221, having deferred the request of 11,778 servers in the three states.
