The goal is to ensure alignment between government priorities, agency strategies and the profile of these officials. “We want to prevent professionals from being underused. Our intention is for them to be in activities compatible with their function and to act in accordance with the government's goals ”, explains the Secretary of Management of the Ministry of Economy, Cristiano Heckert.

Partnerships

This Tuesday (23/7), the term of agreement was signed between the Secretariat of Management of the Ministry of Economy (Seges / ME) and the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (Cade) to comply with the work plan of the 66 managers. who serve on the board. The document that will guide managers' actions includes a set of actions and goals that must be met by the end of 2020.

According to Cade's president, Alexandre Barreto, the work plan will continue a successful partnership between the two agencies. “We do not have our own framework for our core business, so managers are critical to Cade. Much of our great performance is due to the work of EPPGG's, ”adds Barreto. It expects to expand the number of experts by the end of the year.

Cade is the second body to sign the work plan with Seges. The first was the Institute of Applied Economic Research (Ipea), which has 39 managers in its staff. The next will be the National School of Public Administration (Enap) which, on Friday (26/7), will sign the commitment to direct the work of 37 specialists.

It is expected that in the coming months all servers will be executing the work plans in their organs. Compliance with the established goals will be evaluated every six months by Seges. The rules governing the movement of career employees, established by Ordinance 140 of June 30, 2017, have not been changed.
