Economy, OECD and World Bank hold event on professional qualification

Seminar Employ More will discuss business vouchers, softskills and impact contracts

The Ministry of Economy (ME) will hold a seminar on "Employment More - New Perspectives on Human Capital Development for Productivity and Employment", in partnership with the World Bank and OECD (Organization for Economic Co-operation and Economic Development).

The event seeks to promote the dialogue among the main actors involved in professional qualification actions aligned with the demands of the productive sector, as well as to present innovative solutions in the contracting of private partnerships focused on professional qualification to increase productivity.

In the morning, the opening table will be held, with the participation of the Special Secretary for Productivity, Employment and Competitiveness, Carlos Da Costa; the World Bank's Sector Coordinator for Human Development; and the OECD Brazil Head of Department. Next, the Secretary for Public Employment Policies, Fernando de Holanda, will talk about the perspectives of public policies of professional qualification, alongside economists and representatives of the OECD, World Bank, FGV and Itaú BBA. 

In the afternoon two panels will be held, on offer and demand in professional qualification and innovative instruments, with the participation of specialists from TOTVS, Insper, Senai, Brasscom, among other institutions.
