Economy implements new methodology in National Export Culture Plan

Tariff Notice

The objective is to stimulate the expansion, diversification, consolidation and value addition of Brazilian exports.

With the objective of spreading the export culture and contributing to increase the number of Brazilian companies operating in the foreign market, the Ministry of Economy will announce this Tuesday (8/20), at the headquarters of Sebrae Nacional, in Brasília (DF), beginning implementation of the new methodology of the National Exporting Culture Plan (PNCE). The presentation will be made during the seminar "National Plan of Exporting Culture (PNCE): Interinstitutional Coordination for the Future of Brazilian Foreign Trade" that will take place on August 20th and 21st.

PNCE is developed in partnership with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Confederation of Industry (CNI), Sebrae Nacional, Apex-Brasil and other public and private institutions that promote Brazilian exports. The national coordination of PNCE is carried out by the Ministry of Economy and, in the Federation units, by State Committees composed of the main regional foreign trade actors.

The new methodology originates from CNI's Global Route Program, and its main novelties lie in mapping the profile of companies under four dimensions: Strategy, Management, Market and Operation, taking into account the maturity of enterprises in relation to internationalization, in addition to elaboration of customized action plans aiming at addressing the companies' needs to the services matrix offered by the partners.

The implementation of the action plans will be monitored by the Ministry of Economy and other program partners based on pre-established indicators, with the purpose of stimulating the expansion, diversification, consolidation and value addition of Brazilian exports.
