Sao Paolo FDI hub for Brazil Investments

Sao Paolo is Brazil’s business Hub in terms of foreign and domestic investments. Investments in properties in this city are acquired on a sustainable and consistent basis. For companies that wish to make a Brazil investment, Sao Paolo is a suitable location. It represents one of Brazil’s most important commercial cities. This city drives Brazil’s economy with its diverse investments. Major industries in Brazil can be found in Sao Paolo. The economy of this region survives on the thriving big industry and the other small sector industries that form the backbone of its investments. On the average, 15% of Brazil’s GNP comes from this city.  It offers a wide range of investment opportunities for a potential investor.

Leading in the Sao Paolo economy are sectors like Telecommunications, the automotive industry, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Electronics, construction and Food Processing. Brazil Investment in Sao Paolo has made the city the center for events and fairs that bring with them meaningful business as well to the economy. Great expos and international events are held here annually. However, changes have been forthcoming in the city’s economic profile with a bias for the service industry taking a firm root in the last few years. The service and technology industry have attracted more investments with Germany Car manufacturers setting up base here in the automotive sector. It hosts more Germany company headquarters than other cities outside German. It has as well been able to attract investments from the US in different sectors. Business oriented tourism and advertising are potential investment areas currently experiencing reliable performance.

As a result, there has been a business boom in Sao Paolo with marked growth in the various sectors of its economy. Major manufacturing zones of Sao Paolo include San Bernando, a hub for the automotive industry with big names such as Volkswagen, Ford, Toyota and Mercedes Benz; and Moocwa that still retains some industries though most moved out. It was the first industrial center in Sao Paolo. Most investors are locals in this town. Nonetheless, Brazil investment sectors have benefitted from local investors opening up business in old industrial towns like Moocwa. A number of commercial areas also dot the city from where great business is done. Commercial centers include the Avenida Paulista, also called “the new business center” in the city; Pinheiros, the wealthiest district in the city with marked increase in property investments and lastly Santo Amaro. Every area has its sectors for which it thrives.
